author bios:
Clare Latremouille has published poetry and fiction in various magazines and anthologies over the years, including Written in the Skin (1998), Shadowy Technicians: New Ottawa Poets (2000) and Groundswell: best of above/ground press, 1993-2003 (2003). Her novel, The Desmond Road Book of the Dead came out with Chaudiere Books in 2006, and a story will be appearing in the anthology Decalogue 2: ten Ottawa fiction writers with Chaudiere Books in April 2007.
Tim Conley's fiction, essays, poetry, and translations have appeared in numerous magazines in five countries. He runs In Case of Emergency Press, a fine press chapbook series, and lives in St. Catharines, where he teaches at Brock University. His collection of short fiction, Whatever Happens, was published by Insominac Press in 2006.
