pregnant porridge, avian
stressing agent, the snuffling
sound of cinema–these days
the woman at the grocery store
feels comfortable touching
my arm–the novelty
of the wiggling body, the candles
one friend always remembers
to light–two fully functional teeth
erupting behind the deciduous
